This website has been prepared by Scodd Ltd to outline proposals for the long overdue redevelopment of the former Dundee College building on Constitution Road. 

 

Throughout this website, you will find information on the history of the building and an outline of the redevelopment proposals which will provide bespoke student accommodation, bringing the building back into use after circa 20 years of neglect.

 

The Public Consultation period has now ended. However, a formal opportunity to comment to the Planning Authority will also be available as part of the planning application process in due course.
